The cottage has tremendous character being over 150 years old. Edgcott Cottage is a wonderful base for all those who love the peace and tranquility of the countryside.  It is also an ideal holiday location for those who enjoy walking, horse riding, fishing, canoeing, cycling, or touring.  There is an abundance of wildlife and often the famous Red Deer can be seen on the moor which is within 1 mile of Exford.
